Clear rules for controlled imports.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Webframe, Inc., doing business as Import Supply. By accessing or using import.supply or its services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Cookie and Refund Policies.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Import Supply helps users collect product information from supported public supplier sources, organize and enrich that information, review product drafts, export data, and publish approved drafts to supported commerce platforms.

Source support, enrichment results, integrations and limits vary by plan and may change. Features described as planned, preview, beta, experimental or coming soon are not guaranteed.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for configuring appropriate access to your connected stores.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties; investigate abuse; address nonpayment; or comply with law.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Import Supply a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, translate, analyze, transmit and otherwise process that content solely to provide, secure and improve the service you request.

You represent that you have all permissions required to access, use, modify and publish submitted URLs, product information, images, trademarks, descriptions and other materials. Import Supply does not grant rights to supplier or brand content and does not verify authenticity, ownership, authorization, product safety or regulatory compliance.

You remain responsible for reviewing every product, price, claim, image, category, SEO field and destination before export or publication.

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual restrictions or platform rules.
• Access private, restricted or protected sources without authorization.
• Publish counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, deceptive, sanctioned or prohibited goods.
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures or technical restrictions.
• Introduce malware, disrupt the service, probe systems without permission, or abuse shared infrastructure.
• Resell access, share credentials outside your authorized organization, or use automated means beyond documented service functionality.

Plan features, usage allowances, prices and billing periods are shown at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize charges to the payment method associated with your billing account.

Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, duties and charges imposed on your purchase. Plan changes may apply immediately or at the next renewal as described during checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The service interoperates with websites, commerce platforms and service providers we do not control. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, changes, account restrictions or actions.

References to platforms or brands describe compatibility or source support and do not imply sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.

Translations, descriptions, product matching, SEO suggestions, categories, pricing estimates and other generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are suggestions for human review, not professional, legal, financial, safety, authenticity or compliance advice.

You must independently verify results before using them in a store or customer-facing context.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Supplier sites may block, alter or remove access. Imports, media transfers and third-party publishing may fail for reasons outside our control.

We may modify, add, remove or discontinue functionality. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that negatively affect a paid subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Import Supply disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant sales performance, search rankings, legal compliance, supplier accuracy or compatibility with every source or store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Import Supply and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity; store suspension; supplier claims; or the cost of substitute services.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Import Supply during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Import Supply from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, products, store, violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or infringement of another party’s rights.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, nonpayment, security risk, or where continuing the service would create legal exposure.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnification—will survive.

These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement concerning the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing or transfer of the service.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Webframe, Inc.’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction over that location will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
