Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small text files stored by a website on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software-development tools that store or access device information.
This policy explains how Import Supply uses these technologies on import.supply and its application.
Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention and saving your consent choice. | Always active because the requested service cannot function securely without them. |
| Preferences | Remember interface and workspace choices that improve continuity between visits. | Optional where they are not necessary to provide a requested feature. |
| Analytics | Understand aggregate visits, navigation and feature performance so we can improve the service. | Off until accepted where consent is required. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns or personalize advertising across services. | Off until accepted. Import Supply does not currently require marketing cookies for core operation. |
Technologies currently used
The exact names and durations may vary as providers update their services. Current use may include:
- Authentication and security cookies required to keep accounts signed in and protect requests.
- A first-party consent preference stored in your browser so we remember whether optional cookies were accepted or declined.
- Local application storage used to preserve workspace state when server synchronization is unavailable.
- Optional privacy-conscious analytics, if enabled after consent.
We will update this policy and request fresh consent when a materially different optional purpose is introduced.
Your choices
Our consent panel provides equally available Accept and Decline actions for optional cookies. Customize allows you to control individual optional categories. Declining optional cookies will not block core imports, account access or store publishing.
You may revisit preferences using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Browser settings can also delete or block cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account or workspace features from functioning.
Third-party services
Some service providers may set or access cookies when they provide authentication, payment, security or other embedded functionality. Their handling of information is also governed by their policies. We configure optional technologies to respect your consent choices where required.
Retention
Session cookies generally expire when the browsing session ends. Persistent cookies and local-storage preferences remain for the duration stated by the provider or until you remove them. Our consent preference is intended to last up to six months before we ask again, unless our use changes sooner.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as technologies or legal requirements change. The latest effective date will appear above.
