Import Supply provides a free allowance so you can evaluate the core import, review and draft workflow before purchasing a subscription. No payment card is required for the free plan.

You should use the free allowance to confirm that your supplier sources, store workflow and expected results are suitable for your needs.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes unused time, unused product allowance, partial billing periods, changes in business needs, or a decision not to use the service after purchase.

Product allowances and features are provided for the applicable subscription period and do not have cash value.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no prorated refund or credit is issued.

Deleting an account or disconnecting a store does not automatically create a refund.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription or the charge was otherwise made in error, contact billing@import.supply promptly with the account email, charge date and a description of the issue.

We will correct verified billing errors. We may also issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion. Any discretionary exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another case. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated by the billing system. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. If we permanently discontinue a paid service without offering a substantially equivalent replacement, we may provide a prorated credit or refund where appropriate.
